Cluster & Systems Capacity Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain capacity forecasts across storage, compute, and network domains.
• Build predictive models translating business demand into infrastructure requirements.
• Align capacity plans with system design and scaling with Infra and Engineering.
• Create forecasting pipelines, simulation tools, and dashboards for visibility.
• Monitor cluster utilization and adjust plans to maintain headroom.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Operations, Finance, Product, and Sales on budgets and onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Math, Data Science, or related field.
• 3-6+ years in SRE, infrastructure capacity planning, or cloud operations.
• Experience with Cloud Storage infrastructure and large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience with capacity modeling, performance analysis, and cost optimization.
• Proficiency with Snowflake, Metabase, Grafana, Python, SQL, and Prometheus.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
