Set up and operate multi-axis CNC Mills/Lathes
Read and interpret setup sheets and tool lists
Check parts running per in-process inspection plan (optical comparator, caliper, micrometers)
Understand speeds and feeds
Communicate quality concerns to machine shop leadership
Perform first article inspections

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of CNC machining experience
5+ years with CNC machines with HAAS and Fanuc controls
High school diploma or equivalent
Working knowledge of GD&T
Working knowledge of G code
Strong mechanical aptitude
