Coach Development Manager

📋 Description

• Develop exceptional coaches through training, quality reviews, and ongoing development.
• Interview and assess prospective coaches against coaching standards.
• Scale coach training programs to increase capacity without sacrificing quality.
• Build and refine the coach-development journey across the lifecycle.
• Partner with Head of Coaching to evolve trainings for scale and accreditation needs.
• Shape coach programming for community building and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Active ICF PCC credential.
• 10+ years of professional coaching experience.
• Experience training, developing, supervising, or mentor coaching other coaches.
• Strong facilitation with small and large groups.
• Experience in startups or fast-moving tech environments.
• Ability to articulate what constitutes excellent coaching and why.
