Roast coffee according to sensory profile and schedule
Collaborate with teams to ensure roasts are ready on time
Minimise wastage and follow Safety and Quality protocols
Learn origins, roast profiles, and cupping with coffee experts
Based at Campos HQ in Banksmeadow, with shifts Mon-Fri 12:00–20:00 or floater 8:00–9:00 start

🎯 Requirements

Detail oriented and focused, able to perform repetitive tasks
Genuine interest in coffee and Campos roasting approach
Basic computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
Physically capable to lift up to 24 kg
AU working rights with unlimited working rights
