Lead logistics workstream for new pharma products from development to commercialization.
Define end-to-end processes including inventory, order flow, EDI/IT systems.
Execute Fluorescence Imaging and Global Logistics projects within budget, timeline and scope.
Create process flow maps to help partners understand options.
Assist day-to-day relationships with 3PLs, distributors, and wholesalers.
Develop project management infra (Smartsheet, Box, artifacts).

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 7 years in operations process, pharma distribution preferred.
Proactive, independent work style.
Organized with ability to prioritize across a portfolio.
Excellent communication; comfortable presenting to leadership.
Fluent English (verbal and written).
Willingness/ability to travel up to 25% internationally.
