📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio and evaluate client accounts for collections.
• Contact clients for payment of past due invoices.
• Research conflicts and resolve payment delays with collections policy.
• Provide account information to internal/external clients and report to management.
• Maintain notes in collections software and follow up daily.
• Attend calls and resolve cash discrepancies using Oracle.

🎯 Requirements

• AS/AA in Accounting or related field (not mandatory).
• Collections experience preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proficient English reading/writing/speaking.
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
