  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding retention and expansion quotas.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills for multi-stakeholder renewals.
  • Strong technical aptitude to articulate value of complex products; AI/LLM stack a plus.
  • Exceptional communication/presentation skills across technical to executive audiences.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline and forecasting.
