📋 Description

Support Commercial team to optimize Casino VIP proposition
Analyze VIP trends and behaviors; derive insights and monitor performance
Collaborate with stakeholders across commercial, analytics, VIP, ops, product, and marketing
Assess ROI of new ideas and build business cases for investments
Provide actionable insights to drive revenue cross-functionally
Ensure VIP strategy aligns with RG principles and group insights

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in an analytics role
Bachelor’s in Math, Stats, Econ, or related field, or equivalent experience
Proficiency in SQL and Excel; Python or R desirable
Proficient with Tableau or similar visualization tools; ability to create presentations
Experience with AI tools and integrating outputs into workflows
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
