• Strong P&L mindset with owner mentality focused on optimization
• Leadership experience developing analysts into strategic thinkers
• Technical literacy: data structures, SQL, ML value in business
• Natural drive to dig deep into data to uncover truths
• Ability to challenge status quo with second/third-order questions
