📋 Description

• Manage commercial bids from ITB to final submission.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from drawings, specs, and plan sets.
• Coordinate subcontractor pricing and ITB management using PlanHub and Contractor Foreman.
• Prepare bid proposals, scope sheets, and project qualifications.
• Identify inclusions, exclusions, clarifications, and allowances.
• Maintain bid calendar and subcontractor databases to track deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial construction estimating experience including scope development and proposal
• Strong bid proposal experience with exclusions, clarifications, allowances, and qualifications.
• Proven quantity takeoff ability from commercial plans.
• Understanding of blueprints, specs, CSI divisions, and contract docs.
• Hands-on PlanHub ITB management experience.
• Experience with Contractor Foreman preferred; adaptability to similar platforms.
