Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for commercial framing and construction projects
Prepare accurate bids and estimates; review drawings, specs, and project scope
Manage RFIs, submittals, revisions, and bid updates
Vendor outreach to obtain pricing and project information
Coordinate with subcontractors on scope, pricing, and requirements
Provide pre-construction support and analysis; communicate with clients as needed

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of commercial or industrial estimating experience
Civil Engineering degree or equivalent estimating experience
Experience with commercial construction projects
Ability to read/interpret construction drawings and specs
Takeoffs and bids experience; familiarity with major bidding platforms
Fluent English and Spanish; strong written/verbal skills
