Commercial Contracts Specialist

📋 Description

• Review, draft, negotiate commercial agreements in PT and Spanish.
• Develop and update contract structure for online sign-through agreements.
• Lead cross-border projects across LATAM, North America, EMEA, APAC.
• Build framework on tech matters: AI, Retail Media, SaaS solutions.
• Implement AI to streamline contract workflows and speed closures.
• Ensure contracts comply with policies, compliance, risk appetite.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed attorney with commercial/e-commerce background.
• Excellent drafting/negotiation in Portuguese; advanced English and Spanish; 3-8 years in law.
• Experience in tech companies preferred.
• On-site in Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo; Mon-Thu.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, able to work independently in fast-paced env.
• Experience implementing/managing CLM is a plus.
