📋 Description

• Associate Commercial Counsel to support commercial matters.
• Manage and negotiate vendor and sales contracts.
• Draft, update and maintain form agreements.
• Provide advice to Post-Sales on customer issues.
• Assist with non-commercial matters and internal policies.
• Work with sales to complete negotiations swiftly while protecting the company.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant legal experience.
• J.D. and active membership in at least one state bar.
• Experience with commercial negotiation and drafting skills.
• Good judgment and ability to learn quickly with minimal guidance.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage projects.
