🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one US state.
• 3–6 years of legal experience focused on commercial contracts and technology transactions.
• In-house or law-firm tech/commercial practice experience.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS models, software licensing, cloud computing, and tech-related contracts.
• Working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, SOC 2, and AI-related regulations.
• Excellent communication, practical business-oriented legal guidance, and ability to manage
