Commercial Counsel - APAC

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate APAC GTM/sales agreements, incl. enterprise
• Partner with sales/BD/ops to enable high-growth GTM initiatives.
• Monitor evolving APAC legal/regulatory developments incl. data protection and AI.
• Develop, maintain, localize contract templates, playbooks, and policies.
• Provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice to cross-functional teams.
• Scale the Legal Team's commercial function with a collaborative culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and APAC jurisdiction qualification
• 7+ years post-qualification legal experience (in-house tech/SaaS preferred)
• Proven track record drafting and negotiating complex commercial/tech agreements
• Strong knowledge of enterprise software licensing, SaaS, data protection, IP
• Experience advising on privacy, cybersecurity, and cross-border data transfer
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
