📋 Description

Draft, review, redline, and negotiate commercial agreements
Support Sales, Partnerships, Finance, Security, Product, and Ops teams
Review agreements efficiently and escalate when needed
Support enterprise SaaS, cloud, and tech deals
Advise on partner, vendor, and alliance agreements
Help build scalable contracting processes and vendor reviews

🎯 Requirements

5–8 years of experience drafting commercial tech agreements
In-house or law firm experience preferred
Experience with customer, vendor, partner agreements, NDAs, MSAs
Experience supporting partnerships and ecosystem arrangements
Strong SaaS/cloud/tech contracting background
Ability to manage varying complexity of agreements
