📋 Description

• Rogo seeks a Commercial Counsel to scale contracting.
• Partner with Head of Legal to build scalable legal infra.
• Negotiate MSAs and commercial agreements with banks/financials.
• Handle data/content licensing and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Security, Operations.
• Implement legal tech tools, templates, workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
• JD from a top law school; 3–6 years in tech/IP/EMEA co.
• Experience closing commercial agreements independently.
• Knowledge of IP licensing, privacy, data-use rights, AI.
• Experience implementing legal tech and scalable systems.
• Interest in AI, software, finance; startup mindset.
