Commercial Counsel

📋 Description

• Negotiate, draft, and review customer AI SaaS MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, security and AI terms
• Gather internal feedback from sales and business teams to address requests
• Align contract terms with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, UK privacy law, and EU AI Act
• Enforce organizational contract policies and procedures
• Assist in evaluating and updating company document templates
• Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Deal Desk to resolve bottlenecks and accelerate close

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of legal experience, with 1-2 years focused on commercial SaaS agreements
• Direct experience negotiating customer-facing MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and Order Forms
• Working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or equivalent
• J.D. or equivalent from accredited law school
• Active member of the bar in at least one US state
• Proficiency with Ironclad, Salesforce, and Docusign; MS Office
