Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, vendors, and partners.
Support government/public sector contracting requirements and frameworks.
Assist with partner-led transactions, including channel agreements.
Respond to legal questions from Sales, Finance, and other teams.
Stay current on laws, data privacy, AI regulations affecting contracts.
Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and enablement materials.

🎯 Requirements

Qualified to practice in the US.
5+ years in-house at a SaaS or fast-growth tech company.
Experience with government/public sector SaaS transactions.
Experience using Ironclad and DocuSign.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate with federal/state/local government customers.
Familiarity with FedRAMP/NIST frameworks.
