📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, with a primary focus on GTM/Sales transactions
• Partner with sales, business development, and operations teams to design and implement strategies
• Monitor and interpret evolving region specific legal and regulatory developments, including data
• Develop, maintain, and localize contract templates, playbooks, and policies to reflect regional
• Provide clear, pragmatic, and commercially focused legal advice to cross-functional teams
• Contribute to scaling the Legal Team’s commercial function, fostering a collaborative

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and qualification to practice law in India
• 7+ years of relevant post-qualification legal experience (in-house experience in technology or SaaS
• Proven track record drafting and negotiating complex commercial and technology agreements
• Strong knowledge of enterprise software licensing, SaaS, data protection, and intellectual property
• Experience advising on privacy, cybersecurity, and cross-border data transfer issues
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
