📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end legal strategy for ElevenLabs' partnership ecosystem (ISV, SI, reseller).
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements focused on partnerships and enterprise contracts.
  • Serve as the primary legal partner to the Partnerships team, balancing risk with speed.
  • Design, maintain scalable templates, playbooks, and workflows for partnerships.
  • Provide practical, business-focused legal advice to cross-functional teams.
  • Build scalable global partner infrastructure and approval workflows.

🎯 Requirements

  • J.D. and active membership in at least one U.S. State Bar (NY preferred).
  • 7+ years of post-qualification legal experience (in-house tech/SaaS preferred).
  • Proven record drafting and negotiating complex ISV, SI, reseller, and marketplace agreements.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise software licensing, SaaS, data protection, and IP.
  • Experience launching channel partner, reseller, or marketplace programs.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
