📋 Description

• Develop, maintain analytics frameworks that track retention, market share, revenue growth, and
• Analyze customer behavior, trends, and performance to identify insights and improvements.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI measurements for strategic decisions.
• Provide analytics on forecasting, quote-to-order conversion, and business performance optimization.
• Collaborate with data, technology, and analytics teams to deliver reporting solutions using Tableau
• Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in data analytics, BI, or related analytical role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Analytics, Data Science, Business, or related field.
• Experience with large datasets and translating findings to actions.
• Strong understanding of commercial analytics, customer insights, and performance measurement.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation, or advanced analytics workflows.
• Experience with Tableau; familiarity with Snowflake preferred.
