  • Consistent track record of exceeding team revenue targets.
  • Experience building/scaling a sales team โ€” hiring, onboarding, coaching AEs.
  • Strong deal execution with MEDDPICC or similar value-based methods.
  • Ability to operate as a player-coach in the field.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
