📋 Description

  • Lead onboarding and implementation for commercial and mid-market customers
  • Configure and optimize CodeRabbit within development workflows and CI/CD
  • Deliver trainings, onboarding sessions, workshops, and enablement programs
  • Conduct configuration and integration reviews to maximize platform value
  • Troubleshoot customer issues; partner with Support, Product, and Engineering
  • Build relationships with developers, engineering managers, and platform teams

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Eng, TAM, etc.)
  • Experience onboarding or supporting SaaS, developer tooling, or infrastructure products
  • Strong knowledge of software development workflows and modern tooling
  • Comfortable troubleshooting APIs, integrations, Git workflows, CI/CD, and cloud systems
  • Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Excellent communication and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
