📋 Description

• Partner with the CTO and technology leadership, providing financial insight for short- and
• Own financials for Tech from headcount to AI and tooling spend; capex modelling and ROI reporting.
• Own annual budget, monthly re-forecasts, and long-range planning for technology.
• Lead headcount planning and workforce reporting for R&D.
• Build reporting infrastructure, including headcount, product P&L, and ROI models for tech
• Deliver regular management reporting, variance analysis, and KPIs for technology; manage cloud

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial finance partner with technology leadership experience; strong finance partnering skills.
• Storytelling and clear written communication; ability to present complex concepts.
• Problem solver; comfortable with deep technical modelling and business judgement.
• Experience with modern financial software and AI tools (e.g., Abacum, Claude); focus on automation
• Solid skills in modelling/analysis, capitalisation, investment analysis, and headcount modelling.
• Experience with multi-stakeholder management and finance tech; SQL/AWS knowledge is helpful.
