🎯 Requirements

• Proven IT Team Lead or IT Delivery Lead experience in large programmes.
• Experience leading IT teams within complex transformation initiatives.
• Strong skills in project planning, delivery management, and budgeting.
• Knowledge of governance, KPIs, risk/issue management, and dependency tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior/executive stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in remote, international environments.
