🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as IT Team Lead or similar leadership role in large transformations.
• Strong experience leading IT teams within complex programmes.
• Ability to manage scope, milestones, resources, and priorities.
• Strong project planning, delivery management, and organisational skills.
• Experience managing budgets, costs, capacity, and allocations.
• Understanding of governance, KPIs, risk/issue management, and dependency tracking.
