🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as IT Team Lead, IT Delivery Lead, IT Project Lead, or comparable leadership role.
• Strong experience leading IT teams within complex transformation/enterprise programmes.
• Ability to manage scope, milestones, resources, deliverables, and conflicting priorities.
• Strong project planning, delivery management, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing budgets, costs, capacity, and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of governance, KPIs, risk/issue management, and dependency tracking.
