📋 Description

• Lead and manage the Commercial IT team throughout the data migration and digital transformation
• Define the team’s scope, objectives, responsibilities, and key deliverables in alignment with
• Translate milestones into team-level deadlines, delivery plans, and actionable priorities.
• Assign, coordinate, and track work while managing capacity, priorities, and resource allocation.
• Monitor delivery progress to ensure outputs align with scope, timelines, budget, and quality
• Identify and secure tools, resources, skills, and capabilities required for successful team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Team Lead or comparable leadership position.
• Strong experience leading IT teams within complex transformation programmes.
• Ability to manage scope, milestones, resources, and competing priorities.
• Strong project planning, delivery management, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing budgets, project costs, and resource allocation.
• Solid understanding of governance, KPIs, risk management, and dependency tracking.
