📋 Description

• Lead assigned electrical work in the field from mobilization through completion
• Deliver safe, code-compliant, high-quality work to keep jobs moving on schedule
• Lead helpers and apprentices, communicate job status clearly
• Plan day-to-day work and identify material and labor needs
• Ensure quality before leaving site and minimize callbacks/rework

🎯 Requirements

• Journeyman or Master Electrician capability preferred; strong field leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial, industrial, and service electrical work
• Ability to read plans, assess field conditions, and identify material/labor needs
• Able to lead helpers and apprentices while maintaining quality and safety
• Strong judgment, accountability, and communication in fast-moving field conditions
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
