Commercial Loan Closing Specialist

📋 Description

• Review application and rate lock documentation.
• Prepare Berkadia Index Lock Agreement and Berkadia Commitment; ensure rate lock items are received
• Rate lock all Freddie loans; distribute information to Mortgage Banker, Counsel, Underwriter, and
• Coordinate with Closers on the commitment, closing, and delivery phases of loans to meet
• Record loan and closing information in OmniView, the company’s system of record.
• Track post-closing documents and coordinate with external counsel and servicing to upload promptly.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal/external collaboration.
• Proficiency in using loan management systems and software, such as OmniView.
• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent; 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
