📋 Description

• Updating and auditing commercial data across multiple sites.
• Performing quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Use Jira to manage requests from end-to-end.
• Managing tracking links, landing pages, and promotional updates.
• Supporting campaigns, including bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers.
• Collaborating closely with teams across Commercial, Content, Product, and Design.
• Supporting user journeys to ensure our players see what they need to see.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong English and Bulgarian communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience with Office Suite (Teams, Outlook & Excel), Jira and Slack.
• Extensive stakeholder management experience - cross-functional.
• Ability to follow processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Growth mindset: willing to give and receive feedback to improve performance.
