📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, commercially focused legal support across complex property matters
• Draft and review leases, heads of agreement, licences, subleases, renewals and assignments
• Conduct due diligence reviews for M&A and analyze lease portfolios for change-of-control
• Support clients through lease negotiations with practical guidance
• Advise on retail leasing legislation and related property law matters
• Manage client leasing portfolios and offer strategic advice aligned with business needs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial property and leasing in a law firm or in-house
• An unrestricted Australian practising certificate preferred
• Strong technical expertise in commercial property, leasing and related transactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with sophisticated clients
• Strong commercial judgment and practical, solution-oriented advice
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-performing team
