📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years CRE VA or related CRE, lending, or property management.
  • Practical knowledge of CRE transactions, title, and escrow.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and abstract commercial leases.
  • Underwriting concepts: NOI, DSCR, cap rate, LTV, COC, op-ex ratios.
  • Advanced MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PDF tools.
  • Experience with CoStar, Crexi, title tools, and Salesforce.
