📋 Description

• Design and architect observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native tech.
• Translate complex customer requirements into scalable Dash0 implementations.
• Develop and execute proofs of concept (POCs) to show Dash0's capabilities.
• Deliver technical demos and presentations for engineers and executives.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to position Dash0 as the technical solution.
• Provide architecture guidance for observability setup and OpenTelemetry collector design.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge in Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines, and distributed tracing.
• Hands-on instrumentation, telemetry ingestion, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of modern DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering.
• Excellent communication skills to explain observability concepts to engineers and decision-makers.
• Ability to create and execute technical demos, architectures, and POCs.
• Collaborative mindset across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
