Education: Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management
Strategic planning and long-term vision
Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills
Advanced English proficiency
3+ years’ experience in Sales, Expansion, or similar senior retail management
