Commercial Strategy & Transformation Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and align the Commercial LOB strategy with org objectives
• Create presentations articulating strategic rationale for initiatives
• Analyze performance metrics, financial data and market trends to identify improvements
• Establish and monitor cross-functional OKRs to drive transformation
• Lead LoB business reviews and deep dives to support decisions
• Manage cross-functional transformation workstreams for speed and alignment

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years relevant experience; at least 2 in management consulting, investment banking, private equity or top-tier tech strategy/biz ops
• Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity
• Proficiency with SQL and large, complex datasets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to executive audiences
• Bachelor's degree in business/finance/economics or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Experience in the B2B technology industry is preferred
