📋 Description

  • Drive regional strategy and tactics for launches in CEE markets
  • Support launch implementation and product lifecycle management
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize brand success
  • Generate market insights on trends, potential, and competition
  • Develop regional communications and promotional plans
  • Oversee launch milestones and provide market growth strategies

🎯 Requirements

  • University level education in medical/science or marketing
  • 7+ years in pharma sales/marketing, nephrology or rare diseases preferred
  • Proven launch and commercialization experience
  • Omni-channel marketing experience; strong KOL engagement
  • Local and cross-country experience preferred
  • Experience managing teams and P&L preferred
