📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (supplier, service, licensing, NDAs, JVs).
• Provide strategic guidance on risks, obligations, and compliance under Australian law.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• 5+ years in commercial transactions, corporate law, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Australian contract law and commercial regulations.
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on commercial agreements.
• Ability to assess legal risks and provide practical business-focused recommendations.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently in a remote environment.
