• Comfortable with targeting new business and sales.
• Confident dealing with partners via face-to-face, phone or email.
• Experience demonstrating product and industry knowledge to clients.
• Comfortable with negotiations.
• Knowledge of the restaurant industry is a plus.
• Tenacious.
