Communications Manager

📋 Description

• Develop US-focused comms strategies across agriculture and tech media.
• Build and nurture journalist and industry relationships.
• Coordinate with US PR agency to align global messaging with US needs.
• Draft and coordinate press releases, pitches, and customer stories.
• Produce content including press releases, talking points, and social copy.
• Adapt Halter's global messaging for the US market.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years in communications, PR, journalism, or related field.
• Experience in agriculture, technology, or mission-driven industry a plus.
• Proven earned media track record via pitching, writing, and relationships.
• Experience with PR agencies is advantageous.
• Strong writing with ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Familiarity with the US media landscape and media relationships.
