📋 Description

• Associate Manager, Global Strategic Company Communications to support People + HR internal comms
• Oversee co with Publishing & Studio comms, internal change mgmt & thought leadership
• Focus on internal comms across 2K, publishing and studios, tech teams & operations
• Coordinate with HRBPs on onboarding, events and comms processes
• Support external press and editorial opportunities with PR team
• Improve processes and drive culture, belonging and well-being via comms

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in media, communications, business, marketing or related
• Strong org skills, detail oriented with urgency and follow-through
• Operationally savvy in marketing or creative environments
• Some HTML experience and a content management system
• Critical thinker and problem solver with process improvement focus
• Collaborative, adaptable and strong written/interpersonal skills
