• Build Overtone’s founding community in NYC.
• Design and run a scouting program with a small team of scouts.
• Develop partnerships with communities, clubs, hosts, and venues.
• Outreach to create a diverse, high-quality member pool.
• Collaborate with Membership Manager for a premium experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in consumer/community/partnership roles.
• Strong NYC network across founders, arts, design, food, music, clubs.
• Experience launching referral/ambassador programs.
• Warm, discreet host demeanor; connector mindset.
• Hands-on startup experience; willing to hit the pavement.
