📋 Description

• Primary D&B execution lead on Product Inclusion pilots focused on supply acquisition pipeline
• Support Executive Sponsor Community execution layer: prepare briefings, work with internal comms on
• Lead the Community Service program relaunch: implement platforms, stand up global volunteer
• Own platform requirements: shift from maintenance to community health intelligence; assess

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience at the intersection of community, employee experience, or D&B work with
• Strong relationship intelligence and the ability to translate diverse stakeholder needs into
• Global fluency across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and North America; inclusive design from the start.
• Systems orientation: scalable infrastructure, documentation, and reusable frameworks.
• Data fluency: translate community/engagement data into business language.
• Technical fluency: experience with platform implementation, requirements gathering with technical
