Community Engagement Liaison

📋 Description

• Field-based role in Ohio with regular regional travel
• 4 days/week in the community for partner meetings, outreach, events
• Remainder of week is a remote home-office for admin work
• Develop and manage referral partnerships with healthcare providers and community orgs
• Expand regional networks to improve patient access to Boulder Care
• Present marketing/educational content in person or virtually

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in community outreach, business development, sales, or referral management in
• Proven ability to build referral relationships and drive growth
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar) and Google Workspace
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Excellent oral/written communication and public speaking
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
