3+ years in community outreach, business development, sales, or referral management in healthcare
Proven track record of building referral relationships
CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) and Google Workspace
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong communication and public speaking skills
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
