📋 Description

• Field-based role in Ohio with travel in the region
• Up to four days/week in community partner meetings
• Remainder of week remote for admin work
• Build and manage regional referral networks
• Present marketing and educational sessions
• Drive enrollment growth and measure impact

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in community outreach, biz development, or sales
• Proven referral relationship builder in healthcare
• CRM tools like Salesforce; Google Workspace
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong oral/written communication and public speaking
• Able to work autonomously with multiple priorities
