📋 Description

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with municipal governments and agencies
• Develop and execute community engagement strategies across infrastructure lifecycle
• Build external coalitions and create benefits for local communities
• Represent the organization at town halls, hearings, events, and media
• Monitor sentiment and advise on risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with real estate, communications, and operations teams to integrate feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in community/public affairs, economic development, or government relations
• Direct experience with municipal governments on large infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of local government processes and political dynamics
• 7+ years of relevant community engagement experience preferred
• Familiarity with land-use, zoning, permitting processes
