Community Inclusion Support Specialist (DSP) - Community Living Support Program

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 support in individuals' homes and help them stay active and engaged through
• Assist with household duties including cleaning, laundry, meal prep, budgeting, and establishing
• Support daily living activities and community-based supports, with potential for personal care
• Offer companionship, encourage independence, and implement positive behavior supports; de-escalate
• Maintain a safe, healthy environment and document care according to support plans; collaborate with
• Contribute to a flexible schedule that supports building solid relationships with individuals

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle required.
• Prefer experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities or customer service focused on
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve without direct supervision.
• Strong reading, writing, and communication skills for documenting care and coordinating with teams.
• Professional demeanor and presentation when interacting with individuals and families.
• Must be at least 18 years old and provide references.
