Community Manager

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day ops of dbt Slack community for global members
• Partner with leaders to shape channel strategy and engagement
• Develop scalable moderation and support workflows including Code of Conduct
• Coach moderators; recruit onboard new moderators as community grows
• Create content systems to keep members informed and activated
• Surface insights to Product, Marketing, Support; close loop with outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in digital community management or similar
• Experience running large online communities (Slack/Discord/forum)
• Understanding of online community dynamics, trust, belonging
• Experience building moderation/workflows; CoC enforcement
• Excellent written communication; de-escalation and facilitation
• Using analytics tools to track engagement and trends
